Svindal admits that he has a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business.

– Is this what you’re going to pursue after career end?

One thing is certain: Svindal like better to invest money than salty them down on a bank account.

And he likes to use them on a project that gives him something back – as being on “Sponda” from the start.

– I’m more willing to take risks. It’s fun and gives me a lot more than just investing money. Now I’m with almost daily work, and when I learn a lot. I see this as a kind of “tuition,” he says.

The damage was “study”

When Svindal ended up on crutches in winter he decided to use injury period effectively. He considered intensive courses both at Harvard and at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), but ended up going to Silicon Valley and Nordic Innovation House in California.

The obvious interest in business and entrepreneurship has led many to ask whether he Svindal now preparing the end of an adventurous ski career.

– But I’ve been doing this for many years already and I does not plan to stop there first. This is something I do of interest here and now, although it’s a bonus that I learn something later. I traveled not to Silicon Valley because I thought that “now I go on crutches, I might never ski again.” I traveled because it is drikjedelig to go on crutches, and I would experience something cool.

People who work closely on Svindal in sports everyday, tells about a guy who throws himself on the bed and looks TV series or movies when he should relax. 32-year-old reader – and teacher.
