ULLEVAAL (Dagbladet): With the 2-0 victory over Croatia on Sunday evening, Norway has taken second place in Group H. Holder ourselves there – or even better – winning group – is the red carpet rolled out for the European Championships in France next year.

But Norwich player Alexander Tettey warn anyone who thinks the job is done:

– It’s typical Norway to start dreaming about EM. Then everything goes to hell, he says. Two games remaining: Norway has left Malta (h) and Italy (b). For Croatia remains Bulgaria (h) and Malta (b).

Challenging

Kamp program will normally give Croatia six points. Norway has a challenging nut away against Italy on October 13. This could be a thriller as to whether we will manage to qualify directly, or must via playoff.

Tettey tells about a mentality change in the group before the last games against Bulgaria and Croatia.

– Per-Mathias (Høgmo) said we had to stop behaving like boys and rather be men. We drew 0-0 against Azerbaijan, it was not acceptable.

Tettey continues:

– I think we controlled the first half against Croatia. It was important not to concede. Luckily we got the first goal. We grew and played a good game in the end.

– In own hands

Jo Inge Berget was played big plays with two goals.

– The Norwegian people deserve a national team to be proud of, says Stefan Johansen.

– I think people look at it differently now. We have everything in our own hands, he points out.

Still, there are several possibilities that sends team to the first playoffs for sixteen years.

The easiest first:
