Nordlie finished in Avaldsnes – TV 2

Tom Nordlie retires Avaldsnes coach mid-season.

“Tom Nordlie and club regrets the time this happens when we have qualified for the Cup final and is in position with 4 points ahead to get a place in the Champions League. Nordlie would not elaborate on why he gives himself, but said in a SMS to TV 2 that “it is personal.”

Help coach takes over in the run
Nordlie took over the team before this season, and, as the press release says, taking the team to the cup final and also to a provisional second place in the league.
