LIVERPOOL / BERGEN (TV 2): Steven Gerrard (34) said goodbye to Anfield on Saturday after having had it as their home throughout his football career.
It was an emotional session, where the stadium hailed the midfielder for his efforts for English football in general and Liverpool in particular.
One who came very closely at it all was Norwegian William Herstad (8).
He handed out a golden boot, known as a “Golden Samba ‘for Gerrard. With the purchase he received a hug from the legendary Liverpool player.

But that’s probably just a parenthesis in the Liverpool story of Steven Gerrard.
