Tettey midfielder colleague Anders Konradsen believes it is up to Norwegian football you to determine whether a boycott by 2022 World Cup is the right way to go.

– It was very sad to see the conditions the workers who work with VM live. If there has been corruption involved in the award as well, is not it okay. But when it comes to boycott, I will not talk much about it. Now we first see what happens in FIFA, and then we’ll let our leaders to answer for it.

– There has been chaos

Teams Players have followed the event with interest.

If there is the North Pole, and they have a path that is green, so I’m going to play there.

– There has been chaos. I hope they manage to sort it out. It is important that an organization like FIFA is strong, says Alexander Tettey.

Konradsen think it is a good news that Sepp Blatter decided to go off.

– It is very sad with arrests and all the scandals in the past. That Blatter has gone off allows for more openness and more transparency throughout the organization, so I think that is positive. It is very exciting to see what happens in the future, says Rennes player.

Høgmo want “evaluation”

Everything now indicates that Sepp Blatter sits as president of the year, before his successor will be chosen early in 2016.

On Wednesday argued coaching staff that a new FIFA-management should consider the situation in Qatar.

– It is important that a new regime takes an evaluation of these championships. They must be clear on what to do further. When it comes to working in Qatar, so it’s important for the sport to help improve conditions. It is important both for football and another standpoint. This is a general social responsibility, it is not just about football, said Høgmo.

Norway have not played in a world championship in football for men since 1998. Thus there is a certain possibility that NFF must never take position for a boycott of the World Cup in Russia and Qatar.
