Samuelsen (18) ravaged the match – missed a penalty – NRK

He has distinguished itself through its excellent dribbling, and today was no exception. Samuelsen played the entire match for Peterborough and did very well.

Tonight should it be decided who gets to face Reading away in 5th round. Samuelsen had the last three games started on the bench for Peterborough, but was back in the starting lineup.

18-year-old, who is on loan from West Ham, was very close to become the match winner, but it joined the experiment. It had a penalty shootout to to separate layers. Where did Samuelsen opportunity to try scorer, but did not meet.

After teammate Lee Angol also missed chance from the penalty spot was the dream of Wembley crushed Samuelsen and “The Posh”.



‘All’ liked what they saw

Started promising

Homemade from level three shaken guests in Wednesday’s rematch and took the lead ten minutes into the second half. Angol brought up on a counterattack and found Jon Taylor. He challenged the visitors’ James Chester and sent a shot into the net via WBA defender.

Premier League team was in serious trouble, but was rescued by captain Darren Fletcher when he equalized after 71 minutes. Saido berahino cross was badly cleared and Fletcher into the net with a half-volley.

Both teams came to chances in the hectic final minutes of regular time, but guests were closest. Michael Bostwick saved on the line when Berahino came to end.



Samuelsen of the Match

Samuelsen was one of two Peterborough players who had failed to score in the penalty shootout and West Bromwich won 4 -3 after 1-1 in the game.

Ben Foster fell for league team. He saved shots to Samuelsen and Lee Angol.

When it did not matter that captain Darren Fletcher, who scored WBAs goal of the match, shooting outside on their penalty.

The Norwegian youngster on Peterboroughs midfielder was Man of the match and had enough deserved a better ending to the evening.
