TRONDHEIM (AP) Tom Tvedt (47) is Sunday morning elected president of a national team. Football Association president Yngve Hallén is scrapped.
Hallén received one vote less than Labor politician Jorodd Asphjell, which was originally rejected by a majority of the nomination committee.
A clearly disappointed football president left things hall in Trondheim without saying anything. Then he came back and commented.
– I am surprised and disappointed, says Yngve Hallén VG.
– Have FIFA affair had significance for this?

Yngve Hallén believes that the geographical distribution of NIF board was the main årsken that he lost and that Trønder Asphjell was elected to the board.

Also retiring idrettspresident Borre Rognlien had gladly seen soccer president of the board:
– I’m sorry Yngve not included on the new board, said Rognlien.
Tom Tvedt has served on the board for the past four years and replaces Borre Rognlien, who has served since 2011. Tvedt is elected until 2019. He was elected by acclamation, and is the youngest idrettspresident.

Kristin Kloster Aasen was elected 1st vice-president, while Carole Jensen was elected 2nd Vice President. He won a contested vote against counter proposal Per Rune Eknes, president of the swimming federation.
Existing director, Marcela Bustos (37), which was rejected by the Election Committee, was proposed by the Basketball Federation and was elected. The same therefore applies Labor politician Jorodd Asphjell. Biathlon President Tore Bøygard and ships resident Erik Røste was on the podium in favor of Asphjell, who has been vice president from 2011 to 2015 1, but that was rejected by the election committee.
