Ever since Harald Aabrekk was fired in AaFK 28 April, the parties tried to reach agreement on a final package without success.
Now the former AaFK coach and his lawyer raised the issue a step further.

– I can confirm that it has taken out a lawsuit. That is where things stand now. We are awaiting an initial response by the counterparty, says lawyer Claude A. Lenth to smp.no.
Aabrekk have received assistance through Football Coach Association, which uses Lenth as a lawyer in such cases.

Aabrekk have not spoken to the media since he was finished in club. He does not wish to comment on this matter, according to his attorney.
