LERKENDAL (Dagbladet): One of talk flights this weekend was the physical condition of Martin Ødegaard (16) when the Real Madrid players met after the holidays.
C More commentator Petter Veland tweeted that he should have held out longest on physical tests. An image from the training field also shows an impressive thigh muscles. In a duel with Jesé he stretches forward a venstrebein which is like carved from Italian marble.
Rosenborg player Pål André Helland has been joined by the image, including featured on Dagbladet’s website. He says:
– It could have been the angle and all sorts of things. But he’s good to train, it is no secret.

– I was not thinking so much. It is quite common that footballers have good muscles.

Helland – as Sunday scored a goal when Rosenborg beat Odd 3-0 – met Ødegaard the national team.
– He’s going to to be good.
– Can he be better trained a Cristiano Ronaldo?
– Everything is possible. But let him train, and he is good at.
Helland continues:
– I still think he is not a type that needs to be so athletic. He is a connoisseur. Ronaldo is a training product. Ødegaard is a bit more elegant. But comparing the error, both Martin and general.

While Helland and Rosenborg preparing Europa League qualifier against KR Reykjavik Thursday is Ødegaard in place in Australia. Here, Real Madrid plays against Roma and Manchester City in Melbourne.
