Fire meets Topsham – Bergensavisen

– It is amazing for us to get into 1-1 in overtime. Dte going on raw determination. In the two extra half I think we are the best and deserved win. We now look forward to two games against Fire, says Topsham coach Vegard Hansen to TV 2 Sport.

It was dramatic when the fire resistance of qualification should be determined Saturday. Topsham had the game-related upper hand throughout the match and had a number of chances in both halves.

But it was Bærum who took the lead in Topsham stadium after 75 minutes of the match . Tokmac Nguen struck in front of goal, and there appeared Kristoffer Tollås up. He poked a 1-0 for the team, who played in the 2nd division last season.

Two minutes and 20 seconds into overtime succeeded final hosts. The visitors failed to clear away for a corner, and Magnus Sylling Olsen shot. The ball went in the bar and through the back of Bærum goalkeeper Grzegorz Flasza and goals.

The drama of ordinary time was not over after this. For five minutes late, showed Judge Trond Ivar Døvle red card to MJØNDALEN Christian Gauseth after a violent tackle on Nguen. Thus he plays in jvert least not the first qualifying match against Fire. It was the last thing that happened in the regular time, and thus it was extra innings.

Neither team was able to create anything in the first extra round, but three minutes in the 2nd half of extra time took Topsham management. Kinny Grewal came through on the left, and pulled inward. He laid the ball into the box. Bærums goalscorer Kristoffer Tollås got hold of the ball but did not get good enough control. Sylling Olsen was awake, snatched the ball and knocked it past the goalie.

The hosts had turned the match with ten men on the field, and after 116 minutes they got even more to cheer about when Bærums keeper Grzegorz Flasza bound Topsham striker Sanel Kapizic inside the area . The Polish goalkeeper was sent off, Topsham were awarded a penalty. Since the guests had used up all their booty to the midfielder Bobby Warshaw take over in goal. Joachim Solberg Olsen from the scorer, and secured the victory with his 3-1 goal.

In overtime in extra time scored Kapizic 4-1 after substitute keeper Warshaw had been promote the path. Thus he was able to place the ball in the empty goal from long range.

Fire welcomes Topsham Stadium on Sunday, 23 November at 1900, while the return leg will be played in Topsham Wednesday 26 November at 1900.
