Zuccarello involvert from Rangers knuste Chicago – Dagbladet.no

The Norwegian noted no målpoeng but had one shot on target. He was totally playing 19.22 minutes for the visitors from New York.

It was Zuccarello first training in pre-season. He was not in the squad when the Rangers lost 4-5 to local rivals New Jersey Devils on Monday.

Pangstart

Oscar Lindberg gave Rangers a flying start in Chicago. Already after 50 seconds sent the Swedish 22-year-old visitors in the lead. Anthony Duclair doubled the lead ten minutes later. Chicago Blackhawks reduced by Dennis Rasmussen midway through the second period.

Secured victory

At the end of the last period ensured the visitors victory with goals from JT Miller (in hideout) and Marek Hrivik.

New York Rangers begin the NHL season away against St. Louis Blues on October 9. The team lost the Stanley Cup final for the Los Angeles Kings last season.
