Bodo / Glimt shaken Rosenborg at Lerkendal. Gold party is exposed – Dagbladet.no

Rosenborg – Bodø / Glimt 1-1 (0-0)

LERKENDAL (Dagbladet). It was not fyrverki either on or off the field when Rosenborg could hedge the gold with three points against Bodø / Glimt.

The visitors were compact and refused rooms, while Rosenborg had ingenuity and precision enough to penetrate.

Initially had Trønders ball almost all the time, but struggled to break through Bodo / Glimt defensive wall. Alexander Søderlund and Mike Jensen came close a few times, but it was only almost.

Bodo / Glimt was imprecise on the transitions they got and made null and void.

Selnæs damaged

Early in the 2nd half came a bad period for Rosenborg. First lost Ole Selnæs ball unnecessarily in the middle, trying to correct own mistakes, but ended with both yellow card and injury in the thigh.

Midfield conductor had to get out, and shortly thereafter got a sudden guests its target after much back and forth in the field. A clarification was knocked right foot to Trond Olsen and the ball flew into the net. Good pressure by Olsen, but for bad RBK-defense.

After that acted mostly Rosenborg. They pushed and pushed, but lacked precision and speed long enough to break through.

Return

But then it took off 11 minutes before the end. Mike Jensen began to perk up and sent in a good cross which Alexander Søderlund shot and scored with right foot.

Rosenborg smelled gold again and baggy on with everything they had. Mike Jensen had among other things a good shot that Pavel Londak barely got turned to corner, and substitute Matthias Wilhjalmsson had a cannon just outside. Yann-Erik deLalay also had a good chance as he fired over on.

To ebbed out and Rosenborg have to wait a bit to celebrate the gold. They have nine points and 28 goals to go with three games remaining.
