Newspaper: Nordtveit ready for West Ham – NRK

Borussia Monchengladbach player Nordtveit has outgoing contract with the German club. It has long been on the cards that England and West Ham’s next stopover, but even he only wanted to confirm that he will return to English football.

– The Norwegian is currently in search of a settlement in London. Former Arsenal player Nordtveit agreed with West Ham about their personal conditions, and he is now in final negotiations with the club, writes Daily Mail.



Several interested clubs

According to the newspaper comes Nordtveit to be presented as West Ham’s first purchase this summer.

If we can believe the rumors, has Nordtveit been in the spotlight for several big clubs in Europe. Among other things, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke and Atletico Madrid have been interested in getting district of Rogaland in the stable. But the main character himself would return to England.

– I’m going to move to the island again. Much is in place. They (sports management in the new club) has a vision of where the path I should play, and with increased experience feel that it is natural that I should pull back to stop position. I’m looking forward to, said Nordtveit NTB last month.

Sky Sports wrote in March that Nordtveit was wanted by the English capital club.

Will lagkmaerat with Samuelsen

Nordtveit started his career in Haugesund, but went to Arsenal in 2007. From there he went on loan to several clubs, including Lillestrom, before he was sold to Borussia Monchengladbach in 2011.

in the German club, he has also played almost 150 matches.

About Nordtveit goes to West Ham he teammate Martin Samuelsen. Samuelsen has been on loan from the London club to Peterborough this season, but aims to be in the A-team squad to West Ham next season.
