Malmo won 2-0 at Swedbank Stadion on Tuesday night and smashed Celtics Champions dream.
The defeat was hard to swallow for the former Celtic midfielder Chris Sutton.
Henrik Larsson former striker partner at Celtic Park went to a lot of verbal attacks on Malmo’s players during the match, writes Aftonbladet.
Sutton, who currently works as an expert for the TV channel BT Sport, gave the judge part of the blame for the Celtics defeat.

He reacted especially that Celtic had a goal annulled on 1-0 to Malmo.

Sutton also attacked Malmö coach Åge Hareide based on the “pig-variety” before the game.
– Everything there spoke about the shortcoming in translation …. It is not true. Malmö coach Åge Hareide is one who has behaved without class, he said.
Many thought Leigh Griffiths should have been sent off when he put the kneecap in the scrotum at Malmös Anton Tinnerholm before the fire. But Sutton said that the Malmö player was the culprit.
– He hurt himself not, that’s pathetic, said Sutton about the situation.
Drops Thursday
The group stage of the Champions League draw on Thursday in Monaco.
Malmö is located in the fourth seeding group before the draw and will therefore guaranteed to meet at least a big club in the group stage. The group stage will start either the 15th or 16th of September.
