Helland missed a penalty when RBK exhaust point – TV 2

Tromso Rosenborg 1-1

Rosenborg had not turned Tromsø at Alfheim since 2009 before tonight’s game, and the statistics are at least another season.

Pål André Helland could scored what probably would have been the winning goal two minutes before the end, but Tromsø goalkeeper Paul Vestly Heigre saved Helland penalty, though.

RBK with controversial equalizer:

– It was an important point for us, says Heigre.

Penalties The rescue was a fine apology for Heigre who messed up just before the break. Keeper would clear the ball, but trusted the right of Alexander Söderlund arm and the goal. Tromsø players protested vehemently for what they saw hands.

After the game admits Judge Martin Lundby that goal should never have been approved.

– I do not see the impact point during the match , I do not. It is a difficult situation. Søderlund going at great speed. He jumps into. Helland takes the blame
Heigre was naturally hailed as the great TO hero after the game.

– Heigre had much to blame for the first goal, so it was nice that he got the rescue, said Tromsø coach Bård Henning Flovik.

– It’s bad of me. Penalty shall be objective. Usually I shoot high, but I do not know why I did it. It was simply bad and cowardly of me, says Helland.

Shock Start
It started not particularly good for Trønders. Already after two minutes sent Magnus Andersen homemade in the lead with a cash header following a corner.

Søderlund are unsure whether the goal should have been approved.

– I do not know. I felt that the ball hit my arm, but it is such a short distance that it is difficult to see, says Søderlund, who admits that the goal was special.

– It is one of the strangest goals I’ve scored, he said.

Heigre is clear that the goal should not have been approved.

– I shot out and hit him in the arm. The referee should annulled goal, says TO goalkeeper.

This is not the first time Judge Lundby involved in controversial decisions this season. He was a judge when Haugesund Christan Gytkjær was mistakenly deported in Bodø.

Good Tromso period
Tromso did not let herself of settlement just before the break. In the opening of the second half continued “Gutan» to produce chances.

André Hansen had full stretch when Gjermund Åsen tried an overhead kick. Zdenek ondrasek also got a good chance, but his shot with his left foot never put Hansen on trial.

It did definitely attempt from Hans Norbye eight minutes before the end. Right Backen raid across the track and finished well from around 18 meters, but Hansen got a hand on the ball.

The drama peaked when Rosenborg was awarded a penalty three minutes before the end. Morten Gamst Pedersen was hooked the area but Pål André Helland failed to put the ball into the goal from 11 meters.
