Deila after exit: – It is my responsibility – Aftenposten

Ronny Deila not leave anything in between at the press conference after the Champions League place slipped again.

MALMÖ (Aftenposten): It was a disappointed Celtic manager who took the press conference podium around the clock 23 in Malmo last night.

And there was the pure word for money.

– We were nowhere near the level we know we can be on. We looked uncomfortable with the ball, we would not have the ball, we so afraid and scared out. It is very disappointing. It was the whole team that did not deliver the level we can, said Deila.

And continued:

– We win and lose as a team. It’s my responsibility. The team was not at the desired level, and I am part of the team. It is I who is the leader. We just have to learn from this. But it is a very hard way to learn. Malmo deserved to go ahead.

Before the match appeared both delicious and made confident. They had one goal to go on. But at Swedbank Stadion was little that reminded of old grandeur in delicious layers.

– It seemed like we could not handle the pressure. There is much talk about the Champions League in Scotland and Celtic. It made the fight even bigger. It pushed tackled we said Deila.

Captain Scott Brown went even further.

– I am ashamed of what we delivered in this fight. This is Celtic. It is a big club and we should be in the Champions League. Now we have strikes chance to get there two years in a row. It’s disappointing. We created little, had to defend a lot and played in all not good, summed Celtic captain.
