Val Mustair (Dagbladet): bickering between Calle Halfvarsson and Petter Northug has been going on for years, but Petters lack of results last season muted naturally proportionality between the two.

It all began when he sat beat Petter with a second in the run of the Tour de Ski prologue in Oberstdorf. That sent Halfvarsson past Petter result list with a half-second margin.
