Brann coach answering Fagermo slaughter: – He must have something to blame – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet :) Fire played Sunday’s first home game in the top series against Odd by uprooted from OBOS league last year. Bergensers rolled not out the red carpet, to say the least.

Hopefully it gets better track conditions, more entertainment and more goals at Brann stadium out of season.

Wrestling and wrestling
Branns first home was a half dull affair.

There were many long passes and much kriging.

Odds power forward, Olivier Occéan described the battle on aptly show:

– I like tough football games. But the fight against Fire was more a strange form of wrestling and wrestling with the ball. Fair and hard, but it gets the no good football game when the conditions are as they are, he said.

He added:

– We can not be satisfied with a draw, but football team play a good match, he said.

Guests from Telemark was not satisfied with a bumpy western field. The path can rarely take the blame alone, it knows all, but Odd coach Dag-Eilev Fagermo småbrummet after the game.

No one was happy
– Hear. Here, the up 11,000 spectators to watch the entertainment. Then the stage for entertainment a bumpy thing it is not possible to play football on. I am disappointed. Very disappointed and a bit given. And I think my players are, the public and those who sponsor the Premier League too. That we can allow such a grass mat is just … yes, it’s a shame, says Fagermo Dagbladet.

– An argument for artificial turf, maybe?

– I like grass matches, I. But today we will not play our game. The advantage of artificial turf is that track conditions are mostly good, whether we start the series in March, he said.

Stop Worrying
Fire-coach Lars Arne Nilsen was obviously in a better mood in the press zone after the battle. Basically, he had wanted three points. Fire was probably closest to scoring with Mads Hvilsom header after 24 minutes, but a point against one of series favorites warmed for college coach debutant, who can breathe out after the first home game.

– What do you think that Fagermo mean pitch was a shame?

– Did he say that? Hehe. No, I think the pitch was very rude i. He must have something to blame, I think. Today we make the best of conditions and scoop a point against one of the best side. It was not a good football game, but the point did well in evenly, says Nilsen.

And that he had probably right. He could added that there were all sorts of entertainment this rainy Sunday evening in Bergen.
Bergensers surprised enough Telemark county with its race, -and warrior strength.

Odd in turn thrive enough even better when grass mats become smoother over the season. Several football teams than Odd will probably get much to blame, having met this year’s edition of a hard-working fire-team this year.
