Olsbu shot down all ten flashes. Gabriela Soukalová (Czech Republic) took second place, she too without penalty loop in Khanty-Mansjisk.
– It was so lovely to shoot down the targets. It was a long time since. I was a little disappointed detection rate in the World Cup. I really hope it holds a place on the podium, said Olsbu to NRK after the finish.
And it was good enough. Olsbu won the World Cup relay in Oslo as anchor woman and also received a bronze medal in the mixed relay.
Good debut
Thursday she was clearly the best of the Norwegian skiers . Fanny Horn Birkeland was number 13 with a penalty loop.
World Cup debutant Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold had a boom and came in 29th.
Kaia Wøien Nicolaisen ended on 38th-place with a bomskudd.
