Thoresen loss on Christmas Eve – Romsdals Budstikke

The struggle in Belarus capital was settled on penalties after the teams scored a goal each with 80 seconds in the middle period, but otherwise was stopped by goalkeepers. Lars Haugen was not this time in Dinamo squad or that the target.

Thoresen noted assistant Jimmy Eriksson gave SKA lead after 36.31 but 1.20 minutes later equalized Nick Bailen home team.

Thoresen played 19.47 minutes and stood for one of the visitors’ 26 shots on goal. The team won shot statistic 26-25, but Dinamo goalkeeper Danny Taylor won the duel with SKA-keeper Mikko Koskinen and gave his team the win.

Thoresen took the first penalty shot, but Taylor rescued. Ryan VESC scored Dinamos first penalty, but Yevgeny Ketov equalized in the next round. After eight penalty stroke was still 1-1, but then scored VESC again. When Ketov strikes, the hosts could cheer.
