Midtlyng clarifies that she can not comment on Northug case, but in general terms.

Correctional Services conducts a conversation with the defendant in connection with the application, including for mapping work.

A convicted person who is granted fotlenkesoning, are subject to a relatively strict control regime, explains Midtlyng.
