Norwegian national team athlete accused of having filmed girls in the shower – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): A Norwegian national team athlete who has represented Norway in international competitions to be charged with having filmed girls in the shower. The NRK reported.

The man, who will have championship medals in his sport, to have filmed in shower and dressing room during a convention at the national level in autumn 2015 and is after this episode charged under Section 266 of the Penal Code:

“Whoever by intimidating or harassing behavior, or other reckless behavior violates the peace of another, shall be punished with fine or imprisonment up to two years.”

In addition to the relationship from 2015, an elderly relative have been reviewed by another offense. This should have happened in 2012, where the injured girl was 16 years old.

According to NRK, the police have raided the man’s apartment and seized, but they have not wanted to comment brackets to NRK for the sake of investigation.

There is no judgment on the man, and Sølberg underlines that the committee has the acknowledgment attempt to reason.

the accused athlete shall both have acquired a sports attorney and a defense lawyer, but none of the three should have wanted to comment about the case to NRK.

in his testimony before the judicial committee, a man should have accused unnamed athletes and employees associated to prolonged bullying. Now the athlete also have submitted a review on a national team colleague of bullying, NRK writes.

It should not be connected have received, but they should have been informed in writing a review. The Reviewed athlete should not have received the review and has not wanted to comment on the case to NRK.
