Stian Kleppo, sports manager at Viasat, confirms that handball profile will come back to comment on Norway’s historic semifinal against Germany on Friday.
“Thanks to, Kjelling commenting Norway in the semifinals Friday and the finals Sunday,” writes Kleppo on Twitter.
It was Wednesday night known that Kjelling had been told to go home from Handball Championship already Thursday, despite the fact that Norway is ahead in the championship.
– Kjelling coming home tomorrow. We will play friendlies against Haslum, said Drammen HK coach Øystein Haväng Dagbladet.
Kjelling has served as an expert commentator for TV3 during the championship and has received praise from several quarters, including by Dagbladet Esten O. Sæther.
Had no intention of dragging
Kjelling himself says that he has no intention of leaving EM circus just before the major highlight.

TV3′s press officer would Wednesday evening not speculate whether Kjelling will be, but told the editors worked to find a solution .

Now therefore TV3 look forward to the semifinals, with Kjelling as an expert commentator.
