was to debate

In Norway, the prohibition to use høydehus and artificial oxygen. This was approved at the Sports Parliament in 2003.

At last year’s sports thing was the matter up for debate and a vote again, but the ban was not lifted. The decision by the Sports Parliament sports board follow up on Tuesday’s board meeting.

– This means that we should look at how we are going to work with this further internationally. It is fashioned applicable, says Tvedt.

– We see how it goes when we start work. The International Ski Federation (FIS) was quickly out on the pitch when the Finns went around with backpacks with oxygen, but I do not know which countries will support it currently says Tvedt.

Alpine skiers skeptical

among others the Norwegian skiers have been skeptical of the Norwegian ban. It’s that they want equal terms with competitors. Therefore think sports president that everyone will be satisfied if there is an international ban.

– I perceive it so that those who have been for høydehus will have equal conditions. Then we have to go for an international ban, says Tvedt.
