(Dagbladet): Today it emerged which players are nominated in the category “the best player” in the Premier League PFA. There are no big surprises to find on the list, which contains no players from Manchester City.
Harry Kane is one of the players after their fairytale breakthrough this season, but the question is whether Eden Hazard still is the biggest favorite of them all .
Award went to Luis Suarez last year.
The special is that there are two goalkeepers nominated for the title of “year young player.” David de Gea is nominated in both categories, and also get the company of Thibaut Courtois in the selection of this year’s young players.
Phillippe Coutinho is also nominated in both categories. He was measured and found more worthy than teammate Raheem Sterling which is not on the list of those who are nominated for player of the year.
