(Dagbladet): Chelsea and Arsenal meet for London derby in the Premier League. It also means a meeting between manager profiles Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho.
And the mood among managers is far from good.
When Arsenal won the Community Shield against just Chelsea in August refused Wenger to take Mourinho in his hand after the game.
According to the Daily Mirror is Mourinho set to make another attempt at a handshake today.
– I have other concerns , says Wenger in an interview shown on TV 2 before today’s match.
– Must answer
After 0-1 defeat to Arsenal at Wembley last month expecting Mourinho allegedly at the bottom of the stairs after medal ceremony, but Arsenal boss Wenger was not interested in congratulation.
– I am glad that you describe it in the correct way, said Mourinho on a press conference yesterday.
– That’s what I did. I have to answer for my actions and others answer for their continued Mourinho.
Arsene Wenger refused however to answer questions about an alleged greeting.
– I will not talk about it . I have nothing to say, said Wenger.
Bad mood
Wenger’s latest triumph is also his only against Mourinho. It is Wenger’s only in 14 matches against rival.
The feud between the two has been going on for many years. When the teams met last year ended with a small scuffle between the two managers on the sidelines.
– Arsene Wenger is a specialist in failure. It’s not me, so he’s right in that I’m afraid to fail since I have not done it often, responded Mourinho last year.
