VG: Builds up to revolt against Hallén – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): VG writes today that it builds up to a revolt against soccer president Yngve Hallén.

Both Vålerenga leader Stig-Ove Sandnes, Odds Håndlykken, Stabæk Lars Hjorth and chairman Cato Haug Sarpsborg 08 believes that his mistake quota is used up. Sandnes think it is time that Hallén retires soccer president.

Examples dragged forward is kicking of sports coaches, human treatment of Guttorm Dilling, conflict around female directors and the conclusion of the previous media agreement.

– If you ask me personally, I have since 2011 meant that the hall should resign, says Stig-Ove Sandnes to VG, which also calls into question the election committee’s impartiality.

Hallén itself will not judge whether he deserved a second term.

– I have great confidence that the council decides upon the best way possible, answer Hallén.

Sandnes also reacted on how Hallén relaunched his own candidacy in Dagbladet on September 2.

– I can confirm that I have a good dialogue with Marianne (Brynildsen, Director of NFF nomination) and I made it clear to her that I want to continue to do a job for Norwegian football, said football president to Dagbladet.

– I’m surprised how Hallén let this forward. It almost seemed like it was clarified with the head of the election committee, Marianne Brynildsen, that he takes two years as president, says Sandnes VG.

15. January disclose the nomination committee’s recommendation on who should control Norwegian football in the coming years.
