Coop can be a sponsor for Ski Federation and ensure Northug national future, according to VG.
The newspaper writes that Coop and Norwegian Ski been in concrete talks recently and discussed a possible sponsorship of width part in Ski Federation. Thus, not elite commitment to cross country gentlemen, there Spar already sponsor affected.
– We have had conversations with Ski Federation. They have been positive. So we’ll see what comes out of it, says Coop CEO Geir Inge Stokke VG adding:

The Board of Ski Federation has decided that Petter Northug must break its partnership with Coop if he will go the World Cup next season, just because your competitor Spar’s sponsor.
