Tromsø goalkeeper was Rosenborg’s nightmare – Adresseavisen

Tromsø have not had the margins on their side this season, but Sunday’s game against league leaders had finally made some luck.

Jensen sent Rosenborg ahead just after the break, after Trønders had pushed the entire first half.

Tromsø, who had been dangerous on the break, ruined the party for the home supporters after Andersen takes advantage of the weak defense game a few minutes later.

It is the second time this season Rosenborg giving away points at home, and points loss give more excitement in the top.

Tromsø can largely thank the Viking-leased goalkeeper Paul Heigre for the point that the promise made away from jumbo place. The goalie played great and denied him with several saves.

– It was a nice experience. I enjoyed it and felt I could take everything, he told TV2 after the game.

Cheated penalty?

The first 45 minutes remained goalless, despite a massive Rosenborg- pressure.

Mikkelsen and Jonas Svensson combined fine from the right wing, and the latter putting it to Jensen. Dane broadside ball and scored, his first in the series this season.

Rescued visitors

When thought enough many that league leaders would drive over Tromsø, but instead offset Andersen eight minutes later.

Thus, it points sharing something Tromsø should consider himself lucky over.

Rosenborg created a two-digit number of chances, but were unusually inefficient.

RBK tops the table three points ahead Stabæk and Vålerenga. Tromso climbed away from bottom place on goal difference. TO and Sandefjord both have six points.

– This gives us the motivation to continue working, said Heigre.
